Culinary Arts Level 1
The Culinary Arts Level 1 Diploma is a 15-week program which provides the hands-on and in-class theory training in classic culinary techniques.
You’ll learn from our chefs the ingredients of culinary success. Students are prepared for entry into the culinary field as sauté chef, pastry chef, catering chef, saucier, chef garde manager, and other culinary positions. Upon successful completion of the program and all of it’s requirements, a student earns the college’s diploma of graduation.
